Make or Break: Race and Ethnicity in Entry-Level Compensation for Arts Administrators in LA County

    According to a new report just published by CBMArts and the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture, BIPOC arts administrators in entry-level positions earn on average 35% less than their White counterparts. And on average, all entry-level arts administrators in the LA metro area are earning less than a living wage.
