    Yoga with Indy: Grounding and Centering

    Pets Yoga aims to combine the relaxation virtues of yoga and play / cuddling times with pets!
    During our session, we alternatively mix very gentle yoga with no balancing positions and cuddle times with our furry Corgi guest Indy.

    Indy is a 3-year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi who is social and friendly.

    The goal of kin·dle is to help continuing graduate students build community within their academic departments and the university at large.
