Creating Their Future: A Drucker Alumni Panel

    One of Peter F. Drucker’s most famous quotes is, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” While inspiring, this idea can be hard to put into practice.

    Join the Drucker School of Management on Tuesday May 4th at 6 p.m. PDT to hear how alumni Sara Almahdi MBA ‘17, Annie Chang MBA ’20, PhD ‘22, and Esmé Taylor MAM ’19, PhD ’22 have leveraged their Drucker and CGU educations and experiences to forge their own paths and their advice for pivoting and succeeding in the current business environment and beyond.

    Panelists:

    Sara Almahdi earned an MBA from the Drucker School of Management in 2017 and is a passionate marketer and general manager in the industrial sector. She specializes in managing client partnerships and understanding the customer journey. Almahdi is currently the CEO and General Manager of S.I.P Co in Saudi Arabia.

    Annie Chang  is a Toyota Women Achievement Scholar and a proud Drucker alumna class of 2020. She is an experienced supply chain professional in the manufacturing space and currently working at Niagara Bottling. She specializes in utilizing systems thinking and interpersonal skills to lead cross functional projects. Currently pursuing her doctoral degree at CGU with a concentration in computational analytics, her research interests focus on behavioral economics and supply chain operations management. 

    Esmé Taylor  graduated from CGU in 2019 with a dual degree from the Drucker School’s Masters in Management program and a Master’s in Applied Gender Studies. She is currently working on her Ph.D. In Organizational Behavior from CGU. Esmé is the Program Coordinator for the Office of Black Student Affair’s peer mentorship program, co-coordinator for next years’ OrgTalk series and a member of the Worker Wellbeing Lab on campus. Esmé is the Director of Program Development at the Connective Leadership Institute.
