Join SLDL for our November kin*dle event on sleep hygiene! Special guest, Dr. Andrew Vosko, Associate Provost and Director of the Transdisciplinary Studies program at CGU will be joining us and sharing some of his sleep and neuroscience expertise. This is a great time to re-visit your sleeping habits as we gear up for the end-of-the-semester push. Items will be available to create your own sleeping toolkit to bring home and put to use some newly learned skills. And, lunch will be provided. Don't miss this session!
