    Envision yourself at Claremont Graduate University! We welcome you to join our virtual Fall Open House to find out how a graduate degree from CGU can help you reach your career goals. 

    As Peter Drucker famously said, "you cannot predict the future, but you can create it," and we are thankful that you are taking the next steps in creating YOUR future. We invite you to learn more about our unique approach to graduate only education and our students and faculty's research. You will also have an opportunity to learn more about our academic professional development offices, student engagement team, student life at CGU, unique graduate only programming, and much more.

    Thursday, November 5
    Community Makes the Difference: Focusing on Your Future
    4:45 – 6:00 PM PDT  

    Join our kick-off day to familiarize yourself with our Claremont Graduate University resource offices that are here to help you create the future that you envision. You will have an opportunity to hear from our Academic Professional Development Offices, the Office of Student Engagement, the Office of Student Life, Diversity, and Leadership, or the Financial Aid Office. These offices will guide your graduate success! 

    Friday, November 6
    Education that Goes Beyond the Classroom: Discover the Difference  
    11:00 AM – 1:00 PM PDT 

    At CGU, we are research-intensive & many of our academic programs are practice-based, meaning you will be able to start working in your field throughout your time learning at CGU. Our unique transdisciplinary approach to education creates a campus of brightly lit scholars and provides you the freedom to tailor your program to target your specific area of interest. We will host two concurrent workshops on the graduate school process and developing a strong personal statement. 

    Simultaneously, current students will host back to back presentations on their research. 

    Saturday, November 7 
    The Effectiveness of Transdisciplinary Research: Who will Help Shape Your Future?    
    10:00 AM – 12:00 PM PDT  

    CGU faculty members are leaders inside and outside of the classroom. Our globally known faculty scholars impact their field by providing their expertise in the classroom to shape tomorrow's leaders and conduct applied research that shapes their field. Join us for a welcome from each Dean along with an introduction to their school, followed by a research presentation from a faculty member. This faculty presentation will provide you with insight into the transdisciplinary practices at CGU and introduce you to the leaders who will help shape your future.
